How It All Started

BEHIND THE MASK

I started taking up sewing training just before the pandemic. My very first project was sewing face masks for free to help family, friends and colleagues as a temporary solution to the mask shortage in Ontario. Needless to say, they were thrilled and complimented the quality. Many of them insisted to pay me to cover the costs of the materials.

As time went by, I realized that this could be more than just a hobby. I had a desire to create beautiful pieces and show my creative skills. Selecting fabrics, textures, prints and designs was fun to me. I got motivated and started to think of what other products I could create. The idea of a small e-commerce business made sense to me. Coming from a Chemical Engineering background, it took me some time to plan and begin my adventure. This wouldn't have been possible without prayers and my family's support especially my husband.

I admit I have a lot to learn and value any constructive feedback from my customers. This will guide me to reach the goal of my venture and satisfy their needs beyond expectations. Each and every customer deserves to be happy and satisfied with their purchase as I really value their trust and loyalty. I am offering not only quality products but also continuous support.
